The house at 7 Krondlova Street is one of the few buildings by Emerich Spitzer, a Hungarian architect, in Brno. It is a two-storey apartment building on a square ground plan, the street facade of which is dominated by deep notches in the inventive corner balconies. Their graceful curves merge into the windowsills and copy the crown molding with the roof terrace railing.
