Karel Donda
After graduating from Prague’s technical university, Donda worked as a civil servant for the Prague governor’s office. Later, he worked as a clerk for construction matters in Bohemia at the Ministry of the Interior in Vienna, and after Czechoslovak independence he was made head of the Department of Maintenance and Modification of State Buildings at the Ministry of Public Works in Prague.
