Martin Fleischhacker

A graduate of Brno’s German state technical school (1878), Fleischhacker was active locally as a builder and real estate developer from the 1880s onward. He designed numerous apartment building in the area around the filled-in Hutter Pond, and starting in the 1890s frequently collaborated with Theodor Kletzl. In the first decades of the 20th century, he designed a number of apartment buildings influenced by Viennese modernism.
