The Stiassny family, textile entrepreneurs, owned not only the luxurious villa in Hroznová Street in the Masaryk Quarter, but also a number of apartment buildings. The latter include the apartment building by architect Otto Eisler built in Mlýnská Street in 1934 for Susanne, the young daughter of Alfred and Hermine Stiassny.
